Ingersoll 1892 'Nashville'
Honouring the People and its Music
From its very beginnings, Nashville grew from a foundation built on music. Music has been the common thread connecting the life and soul of the city and its people. Known both as a place of the recording industry and artists in their own right we tell a story of a true original in both aspects.
Nashville is a True Original, the home of country music because it's where legendary musicians and songwriters came together to create a distinctive sound that captured the soul of America. Another True Original that aligns with the Ingersoll central narrative.
In our ongoing Ingersoll ‘True Original’ campaign we tell a story of American culture that has influenced the world. In this visit we brought to life the music scene of Nashville and it’s myriad of talented singers, writers, technicians and legendary venues. A place made globally famous by the likes of Elvis and Jonny Cash. We took contemporary recording artist Andrew Combs, and captured him reinterpreting a track from his latest album at the Sound Emporium, known for its classic analogue equipment.
